Meet Kim

Kimberly S. Manrow, EA, is our principal Consultant and President of Aster Consulting, Inc. She is a serial entrepreneur, with over 20 years of experience in the Small Business Arena. Kim, has been self-employed for 30 years, jumping into the risk pool at an early age. As a tireless and ambitious career girl, she has built and rebuilt a string of successful businesses, all while raising a family in CNY. With a friendly (albeit direct) approach, she believes strongly in respectful blunt honesty. Her opinion is highly valued because of her work ethic, reputation, and her sympathy for the challenges and obstacles that small businesses must deal with on a daily basis. Kim doesn’t work for corporate America- she works for you!

Kim has an Associate’s Degree in Accounting, is a Licensed Enrolled Agent, and has been a QuickBooks ProAdvisor for 15 years. In addition, she has broadened her education in the areas of business development, marketing, taxation, financial accounting, forensic accounting and business management. 

Kim has received the local Small Business of the Year Award, has been an active Board Member of several local community organizations, and is part of the New York State Society of Enrolled Agents. Kim strongly believes in a collaborative approach to business, which is the cornerstone of her success.
